Questions
Before you order.
Which fabric should I choose?
Cream Plush and Brown Plush are soft, cozy plush. Grey Mesh is a woven textilene fabric. All three hang on the same wooden frame.
Does it need assembly?
Yes. It arrives compact, in a box of about 17 × 8 × 3 in, and assembles at home.
How long does delivery take?
Every order ships with tracking, and shipping is free on every order. Your estimated delivery date is shown before you pay.
What if my pet doesn't take to it right away?
Give it a little time. Set it where they already nap, add a treat or a blanket that smells like home, and let them step in on their own instead of lifting them in.
