By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our store
Our store is hosted on Shopify. You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. You agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose.
Products and descriptions
We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may look different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly. Please check the product details and measure your pet before ordering. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free; if we find an error, we will correct it and contact you if your order is affected.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Safe use
Always supervise your pet with new products, follow the care and use instructions provided, and stop using any item that becomes damaged. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any health condition. For questions about your pet's health, consult a veterinarian.
Discount codes
Discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with each offer, have no cash value and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images and the LOM PETTS name and logo, belongs to LOM PETTS or its licensors and may not be used without our permission.
